What does my assessment pay for?
Your HOA dues cover operating expenses for the community including:
- Common Area Utilities
- Landscaping
- Insurance
- Road and amenity maintenance
What does the Association maintain vs. the homeowner?
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their home’s exterior, fences, lawn, and any other areas specified in the DCCRs. The Association maintains common areas.

When are assessments due, and how much are they?
- Amount:$280 Buffalo Heights & Buffalo Heights West
- Due: Billed Annually on January 1, due January 31
How can I pay my assessment?
Option 1: Mail

- Log in at https://app.townsq.io/login
- Select your account → “Make a Payment”
- Options: pay balance, set up recurring, or one-time payment
Option 3: Bank Bill Pay
Update payee and address to match the mailing address above. Include your account number and association code (DBUFH) in the memo line.
Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
- Yes. Through TownSq only.
- Fees: $1.50 + 3.5% for credit/debit; $1.50 flat for e-check
Why does my account show a negative balance?
A negative balance means you have a credit.
What are my property and management codes?

Who do I contact about a past due notice or payment plan?
- Customer Service: for general account questions

Architectural Changes * Do I need approval for exterior modifications?
Yes. All modifications require approval through the Architectural Committee via TownSq.
How do I submit an ACC request?
- Fill out the form under the Architectural section in TownSq- this is found under the tools section on Left hand side of the desktop application.
- Upload photos, plans, and detailed descriptions of planned modification.
How long does approval take?
- Up to 30 days after submission, generally only a few days.
- Include all relevant info to avoid delays.
Who do I contact if I haven’t received a response?
- Submit a follow-up request via TownSq if you haven't heard back within 10 days.
Board Meetings & Community Events
How do I find out when the next Board meeting is?
- Meetings are posted in the News & Events section of TownSq and sent via email if you're registered.
Where are meeting minutes posted?
- Find them in the Documents section on TownSq. These will be uploaded to the minutes folder after board approval.
Maintenance & Services
How do I report a road or common area maintenance issue?
- Submit a request via TownSq. Include photos and detailed descriptions so our team can respond efficiently.
What is the trash and bulk pickup schedule?
Trash Pickup Days Vary in Buffalo Heights – Depending on the service this can be Tues, Wed, or Thursday.
Who handles water, trash, and electric service?
- Water : Concho Rural Water concoruralwater.com
- Trash : Rural Wate Management ruralwastemangement.com
Electric Service: Concho Valley Electric Coop (sole electric provider) and they offer high speed internet as well.

Compliance
I received a violation notice—what now?
- Email the Compliance Department at compliance@goodwintx.com or refer to contact info on your notice.
How do I report a neighbor's violation?
- Submit a request via TownSq with a photo and address. These will remain anonymous!
How often are compliance checks done?
Compliance inspections are done once per month at a minimum. Reinspection’s may occur at any time.
Can I give my tenant a rules guide?
Yes. Share the DCCRs, found at www.goodwintx.com under your community’s page.

How do I register for TownSq?
- Registering for TownSq is fast and easy. Follow the steps below to get started:
- Using a computer please Visit TownSq, you have two options to register:
~Sign up with email: Enter email address and agree to the Terms of Use by checking the box to proceed then selecting continue. A confirmation email will be sent to the indicated email address, including the next steps. The confirmation email will expire in 1 hour.
If the confirmation email isn't received, click "Resend Email" after checking your spam folder. A link will be provided in the confirmation email in the event the "Complete Sign- Up" button does not redirect to the TownSq website.
Be sure to verify the “Community account information” is correct before clicking “Confirm”
Enter Password and Confirm password
- Click on Sign up
- Click Explore Town Sq
- ~Sign up with Account Number: You will be prompted to enter the following information:
- Zip/Postal code
- Account number
- Once finished, check the box “I agree with the Terms of Use” and select continue to proceed.
Next, you will be prompted to choose an email address and password for your TownSq account. Once completed, you will have successfully created your account
I'm getting an error when I try to register for TownSq:

How do I change my email preferences for TownSq notifications? Once you have logged in to TownSq, you can edit your notification preferences by editing your profile. To edit your profile, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the TownSq page and a drop down will appear with the “Edit Profile” link.
How do I submit a request in TownSq?
Once you have logged in to TownSq, click the “Requests” link on the menu bar on the left-hand side of your screen.
I forgot my TownSq password, how can I reset it?
Visit https://app.townsq.io/user-recovery to reset your password.
